Called to see if they had the tire size I needed for my TT told him I needed 2 and asked how long of a wait it would be as we were headed to a campground from out of state and had my 4 toddlers in the van. They had what I needed with about 30-45 minute wait. I told him to pull the tires I was on the way. When I arrived and checked in Chris told me where to pull my camper and they got Mike on it right away. Very pleased with the service and price. The shop was neat and clean and the waiting area was nice as well.

This is a much needed and welcome addition to our area! What a nice group of people that do excellent work, beautiful shop, nice waiting room, and they did the job correctly and faster than quoted. My starter was going out on my truck and I have been on a waiting list at another shop for almost a week, on a whim I called Palmer to see what there wait time was, I pass by there everyday and heard a ad on the radio so I thought what the heck. I am so glad I did, they got me right in, fixed with new parts and not remanufactured, price was as quoted and done ahead of time, very professional. I work out of my truck so this was such a blessing. Will not go anywhere else I can promise you that! Thank you and see you soon!

I got a screw in my tire on my way home from work. I called to inquire if they could repair the tire before they closed to which they said yes. While there I also inquired about oil changes and if I needed to make an appointment and they must have known I needed one because they offered and said they could do it this evening. Mind you this was just before 6pm and they close at 6:30pm. They were so kind and fairly priced. Will definitely be going back.

Seems like an old fashion service oriented business.  Had a tire go bad on my camper while traveling and stopped in on a Saturday afternoon.  They put my spare on and ordered the exact tire I needed. On my way back home they had my new tire ready and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

Went for car inspection. Got us in quickly even though we didn’t have an appointment. Super friendly team! Also, much less expensive than other places. Definitely will be going back.

Very friendly and professional place with a nice, clean, spacious waiting area equipped with plenty of outlets and even a counter for working on a laptop while waiting. They provide coffee, and even donuts :) The staff is competent, efficient, and polite. Their prices are affordable. I recommend this place to anyone.

I had my car towed here from another car shop that had misdiagnosed my car. They were super accommodating and super helpful throughout the whole process! They called me frequently to update me and had my car fixed in two days! I would recommend this place to everyone! Great team here and my car is running the smoothest  it ever has!!!

Excellent service!  Chris and his team helped get my daughter's car back on the road with a new set of tires after she had a blow out on I-40 as she was heading back to college.

Amazing service! I had a flat tire beyond repair. One of their technicians came to the location I was at. Took it back to their shop, replaced it and brought it back and put it on.  Beyond excellent service! I was so impressed with their service, that I went straight to their shop and had them replace the other three tires. Great price for a new set of tires.

Great service and very knowledgeable about the different types of tires I was asking about. Very nice spacious waiting area and had my service done in a very timely manner.

We had a break down traveling. They were the only shop open on Saturday. The shop was very clean, everyone was very friendly. They got us in on the spot. What called for 3 hours for an alternator on a Acadia. They got it done in a hour and a half and back on the road. Very well priced and a great place thank you so much guys!!

Would highly recommend these guys. Got my tire repaired here. Really clean facility and nice people to deal with. Got me in and out in a timely manner.

The team at Palmer Tire and automotive is wonderful. They helped me out on a Friday afternoon before they were even open to the public. I had to drive someone to the airport early the next day and I was really in a bind. I recommend them highly.

Very excellent customer service!! I called on July 5th needing two new tires and I was told they didn't have what I needed on site. I moved on to other companies to call but then Chris gave me a call back letting me know his distributor in Ashville had the tires. Chris coordinated getting those tires for me from the Ashville location and I was able to bring my car back home the same day!! I am very pleased with the customer service! Highly recommend!!

I got new tires and brakes installed at Palmer and had a great experience. Provided my own parts (pads & rotors) for brakes and they charged reasonable labor. No surprises and great service. Will go here again!
